Djeco
Djeco began in Paris in 1954 when Véronique Michel-Dalès created a collection
of clever educational games at a time when few women were building businesses
of their own. Her colourful, imaginative designs won early acclaim, and in 1989
her son Frédéric revived the family company with a new artistic direction.
Today, Djeco collaborates with illustrators and designers to create puzzles,
games, crafts, and toys that are as beautiful as they are engaging. Rich in
fantasy and thoughtful detail, every piece treats play as a serious creative
language, without ever taking itself too seriously.
